Loopora is provided by Ahmed Mustafa Farid Mahmoud Saad, trading as UNIFERRY, Louran, Alexandria, Egypt. Contact support@uniferry.net for service questions.
Loopora lets you organise businesses, branches and screens, upload videos, and assign playlists to supported Samsung TVs. Videos download to the TV for local playback. The TV must first connect online and be paired through the dashboard. Saved playback works while the app is open, including offline. Updates and dashboard commands require a connection and normally arrive at a five-minute check.
Use your own authorised sign-in and keep access to your workspace secure. You are responsible for videos uploaded and screens connected through your account. Upload and display only content for which you hold the necessary rights and permissions. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content, or use the service to attack systems or bypass access controls. Your videos remain yours. You permit Loopora and its hosting providers to store, process and deliver them to your assigned screens to operate the service.
The current library limit is 200 videos or 2 GB per workspace across all businesses. Each MP4 can be up to 80 MB. Each playlist can contain up to 50 entries and 400 MB of unique files. Use H.264 video and AAC audio and test on your TV. Compatibility, available TV storage, video transitions and startup behaviour depend on the TV and media. Automatic launch after power-on and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of your source videos. Samsung certification and country availability are pending; the TV app is not currently published in the Samsung TV Store.
Prices displayed in the dashboard are per screen. Egyptian businesses see EGP 249 monthly or EGP 2,490 yearly; other billing countries see USD 5 monthly or USD 50 yearly. Volume discounts are 10% for 2–9 screens or 20% for 10 or more, applied across the business. Estimates exclude applicable taxes. Prices in a saved preference are not a purchase or a guaranteed future offer.
Payment collection is disabled. Saving a preference creates no paid subscription, recurring payment agreement or card charge. Before paid checkout opens, the checkout will disclose the total price, billing interval, renewal rules, cancellation method, refund terms, supported countries and payment provider. You will need to agree to those terms before a paid subscription starts. There is currently no paid subscription to cancel.
See public pricing and the refund and cancellation policy for future paid-plan information. Payment collection remains disabled; those pages do not start a paid agreement.
You can revoke a screen’s future service access, delete unassigned server videos and erase your Loopora workspace from the dashboard. Offline TV copies cannot be remotely erased and may continue playing until the TV reconnects or its local files are removed. See the privacy notice for deletion and retention details.
We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security issues, unlawful content or requests from competent authorities. Report problems or rights concerns to support@uniferry.net with enough information to identify the issue. Do not send secret keys or passwords. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
Features and limits may change during the preview. Material changes to payment terms will be disclosed before paid checkout becomes available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
