Loopora is operated by Ahmed Farid under the UNIFERRY brand, Louran, Alexandria, Egypt. For privacy requests, contact privacy@uniferry.net. For product support, contact support@uniferry.net.

Information used and why

Loopora uses a hashed identifier derived from your authenticated ChatGPT account to keep each workspace separate. The service stores uploaded videos and filenames; business names and billing countries; branch names and optional locations; screen names; assigned playlists and playback settings; and monthly/yearly plan and screen-quantity preferences. Loopora also stores the version and time of your terms/privacy acknowledgement. These records provide your video library, branch organisation, screen controls and pricing estimates.

Each connected TV uses a random private access key. Pairing records connect it to your workspace. The latest TV status contains its check-in time, applied playlist revision, and any reported player or download error, helping you see whether an update arrived. The previous status is replaced at each check. Pairing codes expire after ten minutes. Expired pairing records are cleaned in batches as later pairing requests arrive.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare Workers and R2 for service processing and storage. ChatGPT sign-in and website access are handled by the hosting platform under its own privacy terms. The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers may process request information, such as IP addresses and operational logs. Loopora hashes the connection IP for short-lived pairing rate-limit records; it does not store that raw IP in those records. Such rate-limit records expire after one minute and expired records are cleaned in batches during later pairing requests.

Data may be processed outside your country by these providers. The dashboard is public to access, but workspace records require sign-in. Each TV key grants access only to that screen’s assigned videos. Loopora does not make your uploaded videos into a public catalogue, sell your videos, or use them for advertising.

TV storage and internet use

The TV keeps its access key, settings, playlist and downloaded video files locally. Downloaded videos play from local files, including after the TV restarts and the app is reopened offline. Small checks for updates normally run every five minutes while the app is open and online; only newly assigned files download. Failed connections retry with increasing delays. Initial pairing checks occur every ten seconds. Holding downloads in the dashboard keeps small control checks active so they can be resumed remotely. The TV operating system and other apps may use data independently.

Plans and payment information

Monthly and yearly per-screen estimates and volume discounts are available. Saving a plan preference does not activate a paid subscription or charge a card. Checkout is currently disabled and Loopora does not collect card details. Before payment collection opens, this notice will identify the payment provider and describe payment and billing records.

Retention, export and deletion

Workspace records and uploaded videos remain until you remove them. In Video library, download your video or select Delete; remove it from every connected screen’s playlist first. The server then removes its stored video and library record. In Account & data, download your workspace records, or type DELETE to permanently delete the entire Loopora workspace. Workspace deletion revokes TV access and removes business, branch, subscription-preference, media, screen, playlist, status and device records in resumable batches. Keep the page open until it reports completion; if interrupted, return to Account & data and select Continue deletion.

A minimal deletion marker containing your hashed workspace identifier, completion status and completion time remains to prevent deleted TVs regaining access. Choosing Create a fresh workspace removes this marker; old TV keys remain invalid. Minimal hashed lock and abuse-control records may remain separately from workspace content. Service-provider operational records follow those providers’ retention policies. This action deletes Loopora service data; it does not delete your ChatGPT account.

Disconnecting a TV or deleting videos or a workspace does not remotely erase local copies while the TV is offline. People with physical or administrative access to the TV may access those files. Use the TV’s app or storage settings to remove local copies; factory reset may be necessary for shared-download storage, depending on the model. Do not assume uninstalling automatically erases every downloaded file.

Dedicated certification access

Samsung reviewers may use credentials supplied privately through Seller Office without a ChatGPT account. This access uses a separate shared certification workspace; only synthetic test content should be uploaded there. It does not access the publisher’s workspace. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie expires after eight hours. The server stores a hash of the random session token, its expiry and a credential-version marker. Login attempt limits use a hashed network address and time-limited counters. Sign out to revoke the current session; credential rotation revokes earlier sessions. The same reviewer credentials allow deletion to be resumed, or a fresh empty workspace to be created after deletion completes. Old TV keys remain invalid.

Your choices

Correct business, branch and screen records from the dashboard. Use the export and deletion controls described above, or email privacy@uniferry.net for access, correction or deletion assistance. Do not include passwords, TV keys, card details or sensitive video content in support messages. Upload content only when you have permission to process and display it, and avoid sensitive personal information.

Changes and release status

Material changes will be reflected in this notice and the dashboard before the related feature is enabled. Loopora is currently a public preview and has not yet passed Samsung TV Store certification.
