Before you start
Loopora uses your sign-in identifier, business and branch records, uploaded videos and screen status to provide the service. Records stay until you delete them. Hosting and sign-in are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Read the Privacy notice for storage, provider and deletion details.
You can view and delete existing data without accepting. Accept to create businesses, upload videos or change screen settings.
Start with your business.
Create a business, add its branches and connect your screens. Manage everything here; the TVs simply play.
Your workspace and data
Manage the Loopora data connected to your sign-in across all your businesses and branches. This does not delete your ChatGPT account.
Your export includes business, branch, screen, playlist and plan records. Download video files separately from the Video library.
Delete your Loopora workspace
This permanently deletes all your businesses, branches, uploaded videos, playlists, status history and saved plan preferences, and revokes connected TVs’ access. This cannot be undone.
Offline TVs can retain downloaded files. Disconnecting or deleting a workspace cannot remotely erase a TV while it is offline. Remove local copies using the TV’s app or storage settings.
Videos play from the TV’s storage. Small update checks run every 5 minutes; only newly assigned files download.

Built around local playback
The TV player saves files across power-off and uses local files for every video loop. It never streams a video as a fallback.
- Normal mode: a small playlist check every 5 minutes. Unchanged playlists receive an empty response.
- New content: only newly assigned video files download. Reordering existing videos uses the saved files.
- Interrupted updates: the saved playlist continues. A new playlist becomes active only after every file passes the size check.
- Dashboard controls: manage playback, sound, downloads and playlists from each screen’s Manage panel. The TV only displays content and initial pairing.
- Hold downloads: saved videos keep playing; small control checks continue so downloads can be resumed remotely.
- No connection: local playback continues; update checks retry with increasing delays.
These controls cover this app’s traffic. The TV’s operating system and other apps may still use internet data.
Samsung TV app · development build
The TV application source is available for signing and device testing. It has not yet been certified or published in the Samsung TV Store. Automatic startup and codec compatibility must be tested on the target TV model.
