Refunds & cancellation

Payment collection and paid subscriptions are disabled. There is no payment to refund or paid renewal to cancel. The policy below describes the rules for future paid purchases; applicable terms must be shown before any purchase.
No voluntary refunds
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of the payment provider used for your purchase, payments are final and Loopora does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, unused time, unused screens or forgetting to cancel a renewal. We do not offer an additional first-payment money-back guarantee.
Mandatory rights and payment-provider decisions
This policy does not limit any withdrawal, refund, remedy or dispute right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s terms take precedence. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle’s refund policy and Buyer Terms apply. Paddle may approve a refund at its discretion. We cannot guarantee that a payment will never be refunded.
For duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, or a material problem with the service, contact us promptly so the charge or problem can be investigated. Any refund required by law or the applicable payment-provider rules will be handled accordingly. Nothing here prevents you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.
Canceling future renewals
When paid plans become available, you may cancel future renewals using the subscription-management route shown with your purchase or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access for that period and no further renewal payment is due after cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not by itself create a refund for the current period. A refund or legal requirement may end access sooner.

Email support@uniferry.net with the purchase email, order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or security codes. For a Paddle purchase, you can also use the support or manage-subscription link in your receipt, or visit Paddle buyer support.
No automatic paid conversion
The free preview will not become a paid subscription without your explicit purchase agreement. Before checkout is enabled, we will publish the price, recurring-payment terms, supported payment methods and cancellation route.
