∞ Loopora

Reviewer access

Test the complete dashboard and TV workflow in your own private workspace. This page is for the signed development build 0.3.1. Samsung Store availability is pending approval.

No payment or voucher required. Checkout is disabled. Plan preferences do not start a paid subscription. Use the dedicated username and password supplied privately in Samsung Seller Office. No ChatGPT account is required. This shared certification workspace is separate from the publisher and other customers. Upload synthetic test content only.

1. Open your dashboard

Open dedicated reviewer sign-in

Already signed in? Open the dashboard. Review the Terms and Privacy notice and choose “Agree and continue” if you accept. Create a business named “Loopora review” and choose your actual billing country. A Main branch is created automatically. You can add and edit branches from Branches.

If you need replacement reviewer credentials, contact support@uniferry.net to agree on an access method before testing. Never use the publisher’s Samsung or dashboard credentials.

2. Download the test videos

Save these small MP4 files, then upload them through Video library. These are the generated clips used for the physical TV checks. Re-export trimmed or edited videos as a new MP4 before uploading; exact complex edit timing is not guaranteed.

3. Pair and assign a playlist

  1. Install the supplied signed Loopora.wgt on a supported Samsung test TV and launch it. The app displays a 12-character pairing code. Pairing requires internet; the code expires after 10 minutes.
  2. In the dashboard choose Connect a screen, enter that code, choose your branch and name the screen. Use a fresh test TV installation: an already paired TV remains attached to its existing workspace.
  3. Open Manage for the new screen. Add green and blue to its playlist in that order and save. Leave playback and new downloads enabled.
  4. Allow up to five minutes for the TV’s next check, plus download time. Confirm both videos repeat and the quiet tone is audible. The TV has no management panel; all settings are on the dashboard.

4. Check controls and offline playback

  1. Use Manage to pause/resume playback, adjust volume/mute and hold/resume new downloads. Each change arrives at the next check, normally within five minutes. Holding downloads still allows small control checks.
  2. After the playlist has downloaded and both clips play, disconnect only the TV’s internet. Confirm the saved playlist continues. Turn the TV off, disconnect power for 30 seconds, then restart and reopen Loopora while still offline.
  3. Reconnect the TV and change its assigned playlist. Current files remain active until the new playlist is ready. Only newly assigned files download; repeat playback uses local files.
  4. Press Return on the TV to check the exit confirmation, then Cancel to keep playing. Enter/OK does not open controls.

Loopora cannot apply dashboard changes to a TV while it is offline. Internet checks use small amounts of data when online. Automatic app launch after TV power-on is not promised.

5. Clean up your test workspace

Use Account & data to export records, or type DELETE to delete your Loopora workspace. This revokes connected TV access and removes server records and uploads; keep the page open until complete. You may sign in again to finish deletion or choose Create a fresh workspace after deletion is complete. It does not remotely erase offline TV files. Clear local files using the TV’s app/storage settings; removing the app alone may not clear shared download storage.
